Welcome to the home of the Tri-City ValleyCats, beautiful Joseph L. Bruno Stadium! Referred to as "The Joe," the 4,500 seat stadium is located on the campus of Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, right in the heart of New York's Capital Region! 

A ten-minute drive from Albany, the facility has an open-air concourse designed to give every seat a great view of the field with an intimate ballpark feel. All seats at "The Joe" are extra wide with seat backs that provide ample leg room, and cup holders located in select seating sections.

The ValleyCats are a summer staple in the Capital Region, delivering entertainment to all ages and interests. Each night provides a memorable experience for guests to share with friends, family, and co-workers. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a season ticket holder, the ValleyCats staff go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your time at the ballpark!

Offseason: Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm

Gameday: 10 AM to the end of the eighth inning

Non-Gameday (during the season): Monday-Friday: 10 AM - 6 PM, Saturday: 10 AM - 2 PM

All parking is free! 

There are three entrances to the stadium parking lots.

Two are located on Vandenburgh Avenue / Route 4, and one on Williams Road.

Joseph L. Bruno Stadium is a versatile venue that can accommodate many different special events! Locations around the ballpark that may be utilized include the field, dugouts, spacious open-air concourse level, picnic areas, luxury suites, Diamond Club, adjoining classrooms, video board, and sound system. Past events at "The Joe" have included:

History of Joseph L. Bruno Stadium

Named after the New York State Senate Majority Leader who helped secure the funds for the ballpark, Joseph L. Bruno Stadium is where the Tri-City ValleyCats have called home since their inception in 2002.

Located inNew York's Capital Region (Albany, Schenectady, and Troy), "The Joe" is known as the premier baseball complex in the area, providing family fun all summer long! The ValleyCats formerly played in the prestigious 14-team New York-Penn League, the oldest continually operated Class A league in professional baseball. Beginning in 2021, the ValleyCats became the 16th member of the Frontier League, the longest operating independent baseball league in the country. The Frontier League also feeds more players annually into the MLB than any other independent league. The 'Cats host 51 home games from mid-May through September.
